Broadcast your property auction!

Auction clearance rates are up!   Now is the time to broadcast your next property auction to the internet:  more bidders better prices.

Best suited to in- room auctions for units and commercial properties our simulcast auction system will demonstrate to your vendors that you are using the latest technology to get the best prices for their properties.

How does it work?

We supply a fully branded auction web site for your agency.  The web site lists your properties for auction and lets internet bidders bid during the auction.

We come to your auction venue and broadcast a live audio and video of the auction so the internet bidders are fully informed.  As the bids are called by the auctioneer they are entered into our system and relayed to the internet bidders. An internet bidder just clicks the 'bid' button  to bid and the bid is immediately displayed on a TV screen or projector in the room - absolutely no delay!

Can anybody bid?

No, all bidders must be registered for your auction.  They are required to sign an 'Authority to bid' form and upload proof of identity.  This is all done from your auction web site

Once  a bidder registers you have to choice to approve them for bidding or restrict their access to watching the auction only.

Can bidders bid before the auction ?

Yes, bidders can bid before the auction as though it were an ebay auction.   At the start of the live auction the highest bid is carried forward and automatically becomes the opening bid.  During the pre-auction bidding bidders can enter a maximum bid and the system will automatically bid on their behalf.  This facility can switched off.

Can we have a demonstration?

Yes!   Just email us the links for your properties from realestate.com.au or domain.com.au and we will set up a free / no obiligation demonstration for your next property auction!

How much will it cost ?

We charge a setup fee for the auction web site.  This is based upon a template and includes branding it to suit your agency, loading your contact information and terms and conditions.  You can then use the web site to host all your property auctions.  This setup fee is approximately $3,000.

To broadcast the auction of say 10 properties we charge a fee of $150 per property listed.
